D’Angelos is a upscale Italian restaurant on the border of Hudson and Twinsburg. My family has been going there for many years and we love it!

They serve fresh baked bread with oil, cheese and spices to start. They offer gourmet salads, soup, pasta and desserts. One of my favorite items on the menu was the Margarita Pizza, but it was just replaced with a different speciality pizza.

The other nice thing about D’Angelos besides the wonderful food and the great service is the coupons. They ALWAYS have coupons in the paper for BOGO. Since the restaurant is moderately to high priced, the coupons make the biggest difference.

The last time I was there, I got a wonderful spicy sausage pasta. It was huge, came with fresh vegetables, chicken, sausage and a spicy marinara. This dish was one of my favorites and I would def. go back!

The Entertainment Book is a great way to get coupons and special deals not offered anywhere else.

I had always heard of this great book,  but never actually looked into it until my dad bought one this year from a fundraiser. They are various prices depending on where you buy it, but the easiest way to come across one is by going to the website. On the website, you can quickly order one and have it shipped anywhere. Otani Japanese Steakhouse is a fun place to go for a special treat. This Hibachi place located in Akron, OH down in the Valley brings excitement to the dinner table.

Have you ever been to hibachi? Well, this place does all parts of the hibachi dinner. Starting with the soup and salad, then moving to the shrimp appetizer, and finally heading to your main course with meat or seafood, vegetables and rice. It even comes with sherbet at the end of the meal.

Erik, my boyfriend, and I tried this place out the other night. It was not onlyan amazingpresentation, but fun to try something new. The food was better than an average hibachi place, but not the best. Still, with our BOGO coupon, our total bill ended up being $11 for a full meal for 2 people.

Even without the coupon, I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, prices are on the lower end for a hibachi restaurant.

This sub place in Hudson, OH is one of a kind. When you walk in the doors, you go back into the 80’s with crazy colors, and drawings everywhere. They even have a cool tradition of signing the wall when you go in. There are so many people making history on the walls everyday; now it is even hard to find a spot to write since the place has been open so long.

The restaurant atmosphere is 80’s, but what really makes the restaurant is the super sub menu. This menu is a bit pricey for a sub shop (no $5 footlongs L) but it really does have a lot to offer. My favorite sub there is a Turkey sub. The unique part of the menu is it comes with a whole lot more than the traditional toppings. The turkey sub I get not only has the lettuce, tomato and other regulars, but also has bean sprouts, artichokes, specialty cheeses, grilled onions, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and more. You feel like you are making a gourmet sub, and to me, that is worth the extra money being spent occasionally.

My birthday is next week and I wanted to be able to go to a nice lunch or two with my friends, but I am on a tight budget. This budget was not going to stop me, so I started looking for solutions and ways to minimize a lunch or dinner trip out with friends.
