'Food Memoir'


So far I have lost 12 pounds. I am losing weight at a snail’s pace but at least I’m still losing.
When I had a friend visit from out of town, I gained back 2 pounds but lost it.

Here’s another page in my so-called low glycemic life. Forgive me dude for I have only gone to the gym once. I had a big life hiccup and was unable to process much. But I must credit myself for 2.59 miles on the ellyptical machine.

Well, I do not do as well as I might have thought. It’s okay as I have to confess here rather than brush it under the carpet.
I did go to the gym and walk 4.42 miles (divided by two separate days) mostly uphill (with resistance) and started a weight routine so I’m not totally kicking myself. [more...]

I am a sugar-aholic.  There, I’ve said it. I’ve confessed. I love sugar. I love sweets and desserts.
Another confession: So far this year, I’ve gained 10 pounds.
