So far I have lost 12 pounds. I am losing weight at a snail’s pace but at least I’m still losing.
When I had a friend visit from out of town, I gained back 2 pounds but lost it.

Here’s a midweek update since I didn’t rewind last week. I am still at 11 pounds. I’m not complaining; I’m maintaining.
Last week I started a boot camp type exercise class two times a week. The first night I thought I was going to die. I wanted to die.

I don’t think I posted for a few weeks. There is so much clutter in this brain and on my desk that I’m lucky I remember what day it is.
As I was about to shut off the computer, I remembered so rather than cop out — I’m posting.
