I guess I could’ve made one as I do have some cheese here but I don’t have bread so I reasoned if I had to go out to buy bread, I may as well just go out to buy the sandwich.

Restaurant Fine Dining: Historic Columbia

I remember the first time we ate at Columbia in Tampa’s Yborg City. We sat outside and I don’t recall what we ate but it was marvelous. Great Balls of Grapefruit

While in Florida, I ate a half of fresh grapefruit every day for breakfast and it was a wonderful treat.
Not only is grapefruit packed with vitamin C but it’s also high in potassium and low glycemic unlike an orange that will give you a sugar jolt.

Norman Love to Love Your Chocolate Baby

This time I had a delicious Mexican hot chocolate that went down creamy smooth as chocolate liquid silk and then ended with a kick of chili spice. It beats a damn Swiss Miss any day.
