Loews Ventana Canyon has partnered with the local craft beer aficionados of Dragoon Brewing Company to offer its first Beer Garden Dinner November 16 at 6:30 p.m.

Building on the resort’s popular Blues, Brews and Barbeque Brunch, the dinner event offers an intimate interaction between guest and chef with Executive Chef Ken Harvey and Dragoon Brewing Company brewmaster Eric Greene leading a lively, interactive chef demonstration.

Guests will enjoy four courses of barbeque dinner fare featuring fresh herbs grown right on the resort, each paired with one of Dragoon’s signature beers including West Coast-style IPA, Stronghold Session Ale, the traditional Belgian-style Oho Blanco, and The Uno – Russian Imperial Stout.

“Guests rarely get to interact with the chef who prepares their food or the vintner or brewmaster who makes their drink, and vice versa, so this is a really fun way to break down that barrier, educate our guests a bit, have some laughs and share some great food,” said Harvey. “After all, there’s no better way to connect with people than over great barbeque and great beer.”

The Beer Garden Dinner at Loews Ventana Canyon is $50 per person. Reservations are required by calling 520-615-5496.
