		<description>You have to consider the source: a magazine like Fast Company is less concerned with the quality of the food and more with the business structure and bottom line. They state that it actually managed to profit during the recession. Fast food itself was an innovation in it&#039;s day and they continue to come out with new procedures, etc. that the rest of the industry emulates. They do deserve some credit for that.

And, well, they still have the best french fries, lol.</description>
