New Years Resolutions

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, but with the holiday season also comes extra celebrations and food everywhere. These times are a nice treat, but it can pack on the pounds. The holidays is also a hard time to keep a diet going, but then comes the new year. Numerous people start diets, and exercising to hopefully make themselves healthier for the new year. Some stick to it, but there is a lot more talk then what actually happens. America is getting fat-the bottom line, but too many think one little change will fix everything. In some cases, people cutting out pop when they drink a lot does help a lot, but in most cases it takes a lot of work to get healthier.

My new years resolution is simple. To continue to work out and eat healthy to lead a healthy lifestyle. I currently already work out at least 5 to 6 times a week, and eat healthy, except for the occasional treat. This will continue to help me make progress toward my healthy lifestyle.

What is your new years resolution?? Good luck everyone!

Torie – you set the barre high. ok, I’m going to work out 5-6 times a year and eat healthy 2 days a week. That will be a vast improvement.
