		<description>Yes, you can alter some recipes to the point that you can&#039;t recognize them and they are not worth eating.  Some of these &quot;hearth healthy&quot; butters and sweeteners don&#039;t cook the same as the real thing.  The thrill of the hunt (and skill) comes in finding the right substitutes that create  tasty substitutes.

		<description>If you have people who are watching the weight, sodium intake, fat intake, calories...then yes, I say why not alter some of the recipes or offer two different kinds of cranberry sauce or mashed potatoes. 

I would just be happy with a pan of stuffing and cranberry sauce and omit the rest. Those are my fav foods for Thanksgiving.</description>
