As one of the people who tried to go to Burger City and found it shuttered by 6:30 on a Saturday night (!), I hope this version has a better business model. And I agree with all you said about Ra Sushi: great food, some really interesting sakes too. And it started out local -- sort of. A couple of guys at ASU got the original started in the Phoenix area, and the Tucson branch wasn't far behind. Being bought out by Benihana doesn't seem to have diminished the food or service.
