While I mostly write about Slow Food Tucson I think I’ll give a nod to Slow Food Phoenix and all the cool things they are doing to the north.

In a recent email that I received from Slow Food Phoenix, they seem to be busy with the new Downtown Phoenix Public Market. What an amazing project to be involved in. I wish Tucson had a similar project under its belt. Maybe that could be the way to revitalize downtown Tucson?

If you’re a member of Slow Food Phoenix, you can participate in the Sunday soup suppers which seems like a low key way to meet people with your foodie sensibilities.

Speaking of Phoenix, thanks to Nikki Escudero food blogger for Phoenix New Times for mentioning Circle of Food in a recent blog post.
