I received a press release with some really beautiful and yummy photos for National Chocolate Cupcake Day.  Here’s the store in New Jersey that is happy to celebrate the holiday.

It got me thinking about all these different national food days and what it takes to have a national food day and I found this blog with a delightful explanation which I will gladly share.
