I have looked at a couple websites, used background knowledge and others help to try and come up with a list of the best fruit to eat.
Here it goes…
and let me know if you agree or disagree with anything (in no particular order)
1. Oranges
Oranges are a great fruit because they are high in vitamin C and they can fight off scurvy. They are also a source of dietary fiber.
2. Blueberries
Blueberries are not only tasty, but they are a great source of potassium along with other vitamins. They also help keep your memory intact and are good for your urinary tract.
3. Strawberries
Strawberries are my favorite fruit
but more importantly, they contain numerous vitamins.
4. Pomegranates
Pomegranates are known for havingĀ antioxidants, but they also are high in vitamins and even lower your risk for heart disease.



Oh Yes! I totally Agree with you on that. i just love berries on anything I eat!
In the case of strawberries, I would suggest organic because strawberries have been heavily sprayed with pesticides. They are one of the “dirty dozen” of fruits with heavy amounts of pesticides.

Pomegranates are still quite foreign to my diet. I’ll have to give them another try. I think I was put off by their difficulty to eat – with all those seeds.
