There is an epidemic now with people wanting instant gratification - hence the huge credit card debt and obesity problem, to name two.  

There are consequences to the choices we make and the most basic, and personal, choice we have is how we take care of our bodies.  It takes discipline to eat right and exercise and the unfortunate thing is that we can not make others be disciplined.  We can only control ourselves.</description>
