<description>"Super Size Me" was great. I was amazed that a perfectly healthy person's health could become seriously threatened in less than a month of eating that junk food for every meal. His doctor wanted him to stop the experiment!

I have tried to cut out corn syrup from what I buy. It truly is in almost everything -- all because it is cheaper than sugar.

I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and recently went back to attending the meetings for a "tune up" to take off a few pounds that had creaped back on because I wasn't watching what I ate as well as I should have. Anyway, my instructor shared that she had a Weight Watchers member visit one of her classses who was from Australia. The visitor said that Australian food products do not have any corn syrup in them -- I think she said there was a law against it.

We can learn a lot from other countries. The United States is not the center of the universe.</description>

<description>Grass-fed beef is the next wave of growth except it takes a while to fatten up a cow when it's eating on the pasture than with corn and hormones.
