It's inhuman,unacceptable and should not be tolerated with!. I cn't think of anyway befitting,to punish the culprits inquestion! If the same kind of characters be lurking in my neighbourhood,I'd rather castrate them with my own bare hands. At this point of time, am astounted... Somebody better put some words in my mouth cause the ones I'm biting up might not sound as imperative to most of the masses. I'm sorry,but I love Dogs as much.
