How can the FDA stop a company that is selling FRUIT products from posting studies that have been funded by another part of the government (USDA)?? I searched google and there are still a lot of companies out there saying the same things Brownwood said... why aren't they being punished? I have been taking their products for quite a few years now... I don't believe they are lying about their products - they have been a God-Send to me AND my family. I believe there are A LOT of people that don't know a good thing when it comes along commenting on this issue.

The truth is, the company never made these statements but posted research from various University studies. The "Chemicals found in cherries may help fight diabetes" quote comes from the abstract of the study, done by the University of Michigan, and not from the FruitFast company. The FDA considered this labeling, even tough it was posted on a third party site and only referenced by the FruitFast company. You can learn about the benefits of cherries by visiting www.choosecherries.com.

The company also sells there products under the Fruitfast (www.fruitfast.com) brand. They should be stopped by the FDA since they are lying about there products. I am glad the FDA stopped them. We don't need companies lying about there products.
