Morimoto said something about wanting a swordfish dessert and - pardon the pun - Besh took the bait. It didn't win the judges over. They wanted it to taste more like swordfish! Anyway Symon is a true winner. ICA needed a shot in the arm. Rumors are swirlling though that Batali left. Have heard stories that say yes he is gone and then no he's not. But he was not one of the ICA judges - only FLay, Cora and Morimoto, plus Ruhlman et al. Time will tell. John Besh made the swordfish dessert.
