		<description>My husband always has a bowl of cereal before he goes to bed -- full stomach does the trick for him, but of course, the milk is in that bowl of cereal.

Personally, I don't have a problem going to sleep but often wake up in the middle of the night.  I find that simply drinking a glass of water does the trick for me.   I think I must be dehydrated.</description>
