The 11th Annual James Beard Chef Invitational, featuring America’s top award-winning chefs, will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2007, 6:30pm, at the beautiful Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, NJ. This outstanding culinary showcase, featuring James Beard Award winning chefs, presents a spectacular 5-course dinner, will benefit the James Beard Foundation, New York. Premier international wines will be paired with each course.

The participating chefs are: Michael Laiskonis, Le Bernardin, New York, NY (2007 Beard Award Winner); R.J. Cooper, III Vidalia, Washington, D.C. (2007 Beard Award Winner); John Sundstrom, Lark, Seattle, WA (2007 Beard Award Winner); Shane Solomon, Washington Square, Philadelphia, PA; Robert Albers, Pleasantdale Chateau, West Orange, NJ (Host Chef).
