Love eating fish? So do I.  But perhaps we need to rethink which fish species we order next time we dine out.  Some eco-friendly chefs are making informed decisions to guide their menu choices.  Amazingly, not based on the almighty dollar.

I thought this ScienCentral video provided an insightful look at whether we’re overfishing select fish species, causing them to become endangered,  and what we can do about it.

    Chilean seabass
    Atlantic cod
    King crab (imported)
    Atlantic sole and flounder
    groupers
    Atlantic halibut
    monkfish
    orange roughy
    rockfish
    Atlantic farmed salmon
    shark
    red snapper
    imported swordfish
    bluefin tuna
