In today’s hustle and bustle society, most of us want to put a good meal on the table but who has time. Yet, sitting around a table with family and friends is the age old pleasure that brings reconnects us.

And here’s a tip, just because you can put these ideas together in 10 minutes or less, doesn’t mean that your dinner needs to be rushed. It can simply mean you have more time together.

Everyone’s favorite minimalist — Mark Bittman – offers this week’s New York Times, 101 recipes made in 10 minutes or less. I looked at the recipes and some would surely take more than 10 minutes but perhaps not much more. A lot would depend on how organized you are or how fast you can chop.

You will need plenty of olive oil, good fresh herbs, lots of pasta, and some Asian condiments. Think quality ingredients.
