Here’s a great low-calorie brownie recipe that uses prunes instead of oil.  Each brownie counts as 1 fruit and 1/2 fat.  You won’t believe how good it is - very moist and rich. 
I got this years ago from Jenny Craig.  You won’t find this in their online recipe database.  But you can here!

While some adults suffer with eating the proper number of servings of veggies, think about what the kids are or aren’t doing.
I don’t know if this would work but it sure would be fun to try as a way to play with your veggies.
