It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything. That’s because I’ve been busy writing a round-up of Phoenix restuarants.

A funny thing though: the work is for a pretty well-respected website and I’m sure there is no buying ads involved, yet some people have been really bad about returning my calls, emails & faxes.

This is free advertising! Great exposure!

Why wouldn’t a restaurant want that?

On woman was pretty weird. The first time I called she said she was too busy. Okay, so you had a late lunch rush.

But when I called a second time, you would’ve thought they were being robbed or something. She said, “No I can’t. I’ sorry, but I can’t!” and hung up.

Needless to say. They won’t be on my list - at least not my good list.

Funny how easy it is to be rude to someone you don’t know.

Sounds typical of a business owner working “in” their business, not working “on” their business.

She’s probably excellent at what she does and as a result, thinks she is the only one that can do anything right so she takes on everything herself. High stress inducing.

    It is easy to do.
