This special class is called, Cooking French with Saveur magazine for Mother’s Day.
South Bay School of Cooking has been invited to partner with Saveur magazine for a mouth-watering exploration of authentic French cuisine. From the bistros of Paris to the farmhouses of Burgundy, this exciting class will take you on a historical gourmet journey of the regions and rituals that have made French food the foundation for all other cuisine.
Cook Gougeres (French cheese puffs), Salade des Moines (green salad with Citeaux cheese croutons), Poussin Vallee d’Auge (baby chicken with Calvados), Gratin Dauphinois (gratinée potatoes), and Soufflé au Chocolat (chocolate soufflé). This is a hands-on cooking class.
You and your mom will also receive 1-year subscription to Saveur magazine.
