		<description>I think we need to be aware of what we are putting in our mouths. Labeling the calories and fat grams in a dish is a big step in the right direction. 

But as a former caterer and cafe owner, crunching  the nutritional numbers for each of the unique dishes I use to prepare would have been a big challenge, since so much of what I prepared in my kitchen was a new interpretation which was based on the availability of seasonal ingredients and what was in the cooler. I'm not sure how you could quickly calculate the grams when working in such an impromptu, and often, harried fashion.</description>
