Tucson, AZ, various times throughout the weekend

WHAT:  A weekend festival of classic & new food films, culinary events & cultural discussions at 4 great restaurants & two theatres.

The classic food films, Chocolat, Babette’s Feast & Tampopo, combined with film short documentaries & animation highlight the 3-day festival.

Dr. Marion Nestle, noted nutritionist, expert on food politics & member the Slow Food USA Advisory Board will give the key note talk on organics vs. the food industry.

The dinner in Babette’s Feast will be re-created at Albert Hall’s Acacia Restaurant (limited to 50).

Opening night there’ll be a dinner-reception with a chocolate theme at Elle, a Wine Country Restaurant.

There’ll be a southwestern-style brunch, a Janos J-Bar, and a Japanese brunch at Sakura Teppan Steak & Sushi before the screening of Tampopo.
