Portland does indeed have some terrific culinary cuisine to savor. One of my favorite haunts when I visit Oregon are the Newport Bay Restaurants (numerous locations including Tigard, Gresham, Vancouver, WA) www.newportbay.com. I've never been disapointed picking off the Fresh Seafood menu. Their prices are reasonable too. Since I grew up near Portland, Oregon (in Beaverton) I just had to share.
