For some reason we tend to throw caution to the wind and over feed ourselves during the wanton month of December. Then we wake up on January 2 and wonder what were we thinking and start making a bunch of New Years resolutions that we never keep.

This year — if you live anywhere near Manhattan Beach, Calif. — may I suggest that keeping a few of those resolutions will be easier if you take this class to eat wisely and weigh less by choosing the best fabulous fats, powerful proteins, and conscious carbs.
