Cranberry Raisin Pie Recipe - Create a New Holiday Tradition
Published by Mary Johnson November 22nd, 2006 in Desserts, Family Traditions, Recipes.
This easy Cranberry Raisin Pie recipe is one of my personal favorites and is a holiday tradition with my family. I save it for Thanksgiving and Christmas — it is that special. Tart and sweet with lots of texture; what is there not to like? I have never seen this recipe anywhere. Let me know how you like it?

Cranberry Raisin Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 c. cranberries (coursely ground)
- 1 c. raisins
- 3 T. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1 T. butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all ingredients. Put in unbaked pie shell. Cover with full or lattice crust. Sprinkle top with sugar.
Bake 10 min. - 425 degrees then another 25 minutes at 375 degrees or until bubbly and lightly brown.
NOTE: I prefer the lattice crust with my cranberry pie (how to make a lattice pie crust) - it makes a beautiful presentation.
