Premiere Wine Storage
Published by Karyn Zoldan November 18th, 2006 in Kitchen Appliances, Wines. While it used to be fashionable to have a wine rack mounted on a wall or perched on the counter, serious wine collectors go for the jugular and now are wanting to store wine in the proper wine storage. And since wine is big business, not just anything will do.
If you live in Tucson, Ariz. or Sacramento, Calif., serious wine buffs can store their expensive wine collections at 58 Degrees and Holding Co. For the uninitiated, 58-degrees is the proper temperature for wine storage.
At 58 Degrees, their unique selling position is that both Tucson and Sacramento are hot weather places and when people travel (especially during the summer months to escape to cooler climes) they will not want to leave their A/C running so professional wine storage for an expensive wine collection makes perfect sense.
I’m quite certain they would also have a wine refrigerator because people cannot be running to their wine lockers every night.
After all, premiere wine storage protects the wine investment.
