Here’s one sassy woman who balances her love of the grape with her gender and her ability to have great relationships. Hmmm. You got to give her points for originality. According to Alpana, women buy more wine than men which is why it’s smart marketing to appeal to them.
Possible other titles for her book could have been:
- Women Who Love Too Much Wine
- I’m OK. The Wine is OK but You’re Not
- I’m OK. You’re OK. Waiter, the wine is not OK.
Alpana belongs to an exclusive club of certified master sommeliers most of which are men.
