Ever since Tucson received the City of Gastronomy designation, our fair city has bubbled over with food festivals and events. However, the grand dame of them all is SAACA’s SAVOR Food & Wine Festival which happens Saturday, February 3 at the Tucson Botanical Gardens.
Locals and tourists alike will be able to sample 31 restaurants and food vendors, 15 wineries, 12 breweries, and 5 spirits…something for everyone. 21+ only.
You can eat and drink your way around the vibrant Tucson Botanical Gardens which now has amazingly colorful giant origami displays among the foliage.
SAVOR is a feast for the eyes, ears (live music), nose and mouth. It’s totally Tucson. Buy your tickets ($75/pp) in advance because SAVOR sells out every year.
Proceeds benefit three presenting organizations (SAACA/Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance, Local First Arizona and Tucson Botanical Gardens) for. their programming and events, as well as provide exposure and value to the participating restaurants, wineries and breweries.
Don’t drink and drive. To help ensure all attendees make it to and from the event safely SAACA has partnered with Lyft to encourage everyone attending the festival to plan ahead and keep the community safe. First Time User: Redeem up to $20 in Free Lyft Credit using code: SAACA. Existing User: 20% off your ride to and from the Savor Food and Wine Festival using code: SAVORFEST.
