Kingfisher is back from vacation (rested I hope?) and their culinary road trip with regional flavors of the Great Plains/Midwest including the Dakotas, Illinois, Wisconsin, etc. Think Great Lakes fish, lake perch, bison, chicken pot pie, buckwheat grain, chow-chow, Brats, corn, Hoosier sugar cream pie and regional beer. If you can’t make it back home, you can still eat like you did. This road trip lasts from July 13-24.
