Special guest award winning Chef Diego Hernandez (pictured) from Ensenada, Mexico joins Janos Wilder for the fourth in a series of “DOWNTOWN’S Around the Globe- Cities of Gastronomy” cooking classes and pop up dinners at the Carriage House on Friday, October 7th at 5:30 pm.
Class begins at 5:30 and includes demonstration and recipes followed by hors d’oeuvres, a five course dinner and beverages. Cost per person for the class and dinner is $80++. Please sign up at the Carriage House.
