Is that insanity or what? I guess if you shop, you must eat. The cozy neighborhood pizza stop is located on the second level of La Encantada Shopping Center (Skyline/Campbell) and for those of you who have been around for awhile, where Blue Point restaurant formerly was; that space had been vacant for a few years.
Humble Pie is Arizona-owned and operated by Tom Kaufman, Patrick King, Rich Sullivan, David Dabruzzi, Tim Valencia and Tony Eden. A few weeks ago they also opened The Living Room, also at La Encantada.
Try the fig-proscuitto pizza…you won’t be sorry as it’s a mix of the sweetness of the figs and the saltiness of the meat with a generous amount of caramelized onions. I’ll definitely return for that.
