What: Despite rumors to the contrary, Apple Annie’s in Willcox is OPEN and all the Sweet Corn Festival and Peach Mania weekend events are on schedule.
A recent microburst storm caused some damage to the barn roof but all activities are on track; Apple Annie’s Country Store is unaffected and remains open for business.

Apple Annie’s Sweet Corn Festival offers the best sweet corn in Southern Arizona! Visitors can try a free sample of sweet corn, purchase fresh, roasted corn on the cob ($3.00/ear or two for $5.00) and choose from a wide variety of seasonings, or shop fresh-picked sweet corn ($5.99 for a dozen or $3.99 for ½ dozen).
The 16th Annual Peach Mania event kicks off with a delicious “All You Can Eat” peaches and pancakes breakfast served from 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Take a free wagon ride, pick your own peaches and sit in the shade of the peach orchard to enjoy a slice of homemade peach pie or peach ice cream. Visitors can also enjoy Apple-smoked burger lunches served daily from 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
