Food Recall: Safeway Angel Food Cake

In a nutshell: Inaccurate food labeling as to ingredients seems to be a huge problem in the food service industry. Every day at least one product is labeled incorrectly failing to list the correct ingredients — mostly soy (it’s in everything unfortunately as filler), some dairy (whey, milk), eggs, and sometimes nuts.

This recall is nationwide. Only people who are intolerant or allergic to soy and milk are affected. Make your own angel food cake — no soy, no chemicals included in the recipe.
