Greyt Bites: When you dine at fabulous Feast Restaurant on Tuesday, September 17 — 20% of your check will be donated to Southern Arizona Greyhound Adoption (SA Greys). Hot dog!
I have been a greyhound adopter since 1998 and this cause, this passion of transitioning retired racing greyhounds from the South Tucson dog track and other race tracks is near and dear to my heart.
Adopting a former racing greyhound has altered my life in many ways, all good. I love these gentle creatures and want every last greyhound to find a loving forever home.
But back to FEAST — SA Greys thanks Doug Levy, owner/chef for this fundraising opportunity, all day on Sept. 17 from 11 am to 9 pm.
One caveat — you must download this flyer and present it to your server in order for the greyhounds to receive the fundraising.
FEAST is located at 3179 E. Speedway Blvd – 326-9363

Lily, the Carmen Miran-DOG was adopted by me/Karyn Zoldan in 1999 at the age of 2 years 3 months. Lily was my first foster failure. She had more accessories than I did. She died in 2010 at 12 3/4. She ate lots of stuff during her lifetime including an entire rotisserie chicken (bones & all), numerous pairs of shoes, my beloved red purse, and had a deep love of Dairy Queen.
