Where Local and Global Appetites Collide

Azteca Mexican

Last Friday, my team I work with at Goodyear took me out to lunch to congratulate me on the job and to get to know everyone. We went to a restaurant in Akron, OH close to headquarters called Azteca. I am very familiar with the restaurants in Akron, but I had never been here so I was excited to try something new.

When we first arrived at the Mexican restaurant, I was surprised how busy it really was. Despite how many people were there, we were seating promptly. On their menu, they had a lot to offer. Not only did they have side items, appetizers, dinner entrees and more, but they also had a large portion of lunch specials.

I was drawn to the lunch specials because they were a very good deal. I ended up getting a chicken quesadilla with rice and beans for $5.50. Shortly after ordering, our food came out and it was nice and hot. My lunch was huge for the price, and I was only able to eat about half of my food.

Overall, I think this was a really good restaurant, especially for the value, and I would come back in a heartbeat. Not only is it a convenient place to eat for work, but I enjoyed the food as well.
