Domino’s Revamps Pizza

I don’t know if you have heard, but Domino’s is completely changing their pizza. After many years with their traditional crust, sauce and toppings, Domino’s is finding out customers are NOT satisfied and they are losing tons of business.

This has been a problem for years, and Domino’s is seeing the effects. Although I still think of Domino’s when it comes to Pizza, I could not tell you the last time I had it. First of all, because the pizza is not that good. And second of all, because all of the Domino’s in the Toledo area closed over the past couple of years due to not making enough profit and having enough sales.

Pizza is everywhere no matter where you go and they realize they have to do something more to bump up their business. If they do not, they will eventually close and be gone forever. Since pizza is everywhere and pizza chains are competing for business, what can be done??

WELL Domino’s took this to their table at the corporate office in Michigan and decided to do something about it. They decided to work with their chefs and develop a NEW pizza. Not just new toppings, but basically completely start over. Start with new crust, new toppings, new cheese and even new sauce. For the cheese and toppings, they are planning on using the freshest ingredients for the best pizza. Also in their sauce, they are working with new spices and ways to make it more flavorful.

They are still in the process of the Pizza Revamp, but so far they have made major improvements in the right direction. Hopefully their pizza will come back and the company will be able to survive for the sake of all the employees, but we will have to wait and see.

    That was interesting. Now it makes me want to try a Domino’s pizza. I don’t usually patronize chain pizza stores or very few chain restaurants for that matter.

    I had to pause when they said now made with 100 percent cheese. What was it made of before?

    Pizza is big business and customers are more demanding than ever. I hope their new product is a hit.
