I made this recipe for dinner last night and it was amazing!

It is very easy to make and only cost me $10 at the grocery store for a gourmet meal! I even had tons of leftovers.

  • Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • Imitation Crab
  • Garlic (sauteed)
  • 1 Roma Tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Butter
  • Spices (garlic salt, pepper, garlic powder, basic, oregano)

Saute the garlic and onion in a pan for about five minutes. Then add the shrimp and crab to saute. As those are cooking, as a little bit of butter, the spices, the cheese and then the tomatoes. While this is cooking, boil the pasta and cook it in a separate sauce pan. When the noodles are cooked, add them to the saute pan and add butter and more spices to it.

I also made homemade garlic bread with fresh Italian bread, spices, garlic and olive oil. Bake on 350 degrees for about ten minutes and top with Parmesan cheese.
