This new campaign Dunkin Donuts was started two weeks ago.

The purpose of this new campaign is to show consumers that everyone comes to Donut Donuts. To feature this brand, Dunkin Donuts called thousands of fans to find out who would be featured in the commercials.

So far, consumers have reacted in a very positive way and the chief marketing officer responded by saying “The love that our customers have for Dunkin Donuts is truly unique, and this campaign ties into the passion in a very personal way.”

Another great thing about this campaign is that is helps build the reputation of the company up to its biggest customers, the average consumer.

Dunkin Donuts has always been around, but since the recession its sales have increased dramatically and they now have more competition against Starbucks. Although they are both still very different, some consumers are caring less about the nice atmosphere at Starbucks and more about the good prices at Dunkin Donuts.
