If Valentine’s Day dinner out is not your thing, consider attending a two-hour class where Tucson’s James Beard Award winning chef Janos will demonstrate how to prepare an unforgettable dinner. Desiree Rios, sommelier, will lead a discussion and tasting of champagne cocktails guaranteed to get the romantic juices flowing.

Cooking Class #3: Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 1 p.m. Cooking with Local Ingredients – Janos will demonstrate how to prepare and where to purchase some ingredients grown right here in the Southwest.
Cooking Class #4: Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 1 p.m. Janos Spring Dishes – Inspired by the blooming desert, Janos will lead you through a menu of seasonal treasures provided by the spring harvests. (I love spring foods. I am going to sign up for this class.)
