Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe is like nothing I have had. My friend made it at her ugly sweater party and it is wonderful! It is also pretty simple to make and makes a large amount of dip!

To start: you need the following ingredients

3 large chicken breasts
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup bleu cheese dressing
2 8 oz cream cheese
12 oz. Frank’s Hot Sauce
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

In large frying pan, cook chicken and drain. Cut chicken into small chunks and return to pan. Add hot sauce and celery. Cover and cook 10 min. Add dressing, cream cheese (cut into pieces). Stir until well blended. (Make sure cream cheese is melted.) Add Monterey jack cheese and mix well.

Put mixture in 9 x 12 pan – sprayed with Pam. Top with a little dried parsley (optional).

Cook @ 350 for 20 – 25 min.

Serve with Tostitos scoops.
