Upscale Thanksgiving dining option in Tucson or more specifically, Marana, at the Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain. I recently had the opportunity to go there for a special event which I will write about soon and the grounds are simply spectacular. If you want to impress out of town guests, take them for lunch or drinks at sunset.

Festive Holiday Dining Options for Brunch and Dinner

Tucson, Ariz. (November 19, 2010) – The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain is proud to feature Cayton’s Brunch and dinner at CORE Kitchen and Wine Bar to celebrate Thanksgiving. The culinary team, headed by Executive Chef, Clayton van Hooijdonk has created these versatile dining options for not only hotel guests, but for all to gather together with family and friends.  Especially during the holidays, we are dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences that embrace the true spirit of the season.

Treat yourself to Thanksgiving Day Brunch at Cayton’s from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm with fabulous views and a festive ala-carte menu, plus a dessert buffet.  There’s also a children’s menu available. The cost is $48 per adult and $24 per child.  Tempting menu choices include:

  • ·       Prime Rib of Beef

  • ·       Roasted King Salmon

CORE Kitchen and Wine Bar is offering a holiday feast with all the trimmings from 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm.  The cost is $85 per adult and $40 per child.  Indulge your palate on savory selections from a delightful three-course, ala-carte menu that includes:

  • ·       Nantucket Bay Scallops, Herbed Risotto
  • ·       Filet of Beef, Alaskan Crab Legs
