  1. Harold impressed the judges using a two-pronged approach for the orange component: orange bitters and a blood orange foam.Pete is one of Tucson’s best bartenders. He knows his stuff, always has a good story to tell and keeps his cool when the place is popping.

  2. I remember that margarita. It was superior to anything I have tasted in awhile. Makes me thirsty. I remember the blood orange. I love blood oranges. My blood orange tree died in the recent teens temperature Tucson suffered through.

One of these evenings, Harold’s margarita will call me name and I’ll be down there to sip and savor.

    Thanks for the reminder.
