Fruit Pizza


1(18-oz.) pkg. (20 cookies) Pillsbury® Ready to Bake!™ Refrigerated Sugar Cookies
1(8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1/2cup powdered sugar
10fresh strawberries, quartered
1kiwi fruit, peeled, cut in half lengthwise and cut into 10 slices
1/2cup fresh blueberries
1/2cup fresh raspberries


Bake cookies as directed on package. Cool

Medium bowl cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla

Spread cooled cookie with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture. Arrange fruit on top of each.

  1. I read recently that cookbooks that are put out by individual groups for fund raisers — like garden clubs, humane societies, etc., capture a bit of our culinary history like a snapshot in time. This recipe reminds me of that. I used to see this fruit pizza at almost every garden club meeting and it has slowly gone by the wayside. Looks like perhaps your younger generation is now picking up on it and enjoying it like we did.

  2. In the past, at least a decade ago I made the fruit pizza but used Boboli as the frame work. I wonder if Boboli crust is still around? I haven’t thought of it or looked for it for awhile. I just did a search and yes, it’s still around and at a grocery store near me.

    I rarely go in the traditional grocery store.

    Maybe I’ll make a fruit pizza a la Boboli for our next Beading Bracelet Bee.
