Tucson’s favorite locally-owned restaurants dish up summer specials from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Acacia at St. Phillip’s Plaza

Acacia will be hosting a “beach party” on their patio, every Thursday in June from 5-8pm. The party will feature cold beer, summer wines and a wide variety of seafood. Space is limited, reservations are recommended. In addition, starting on June 6 Acacia will offer a Prime Rib dinner special on Sundays from 5-8pm for only $16 (not including tax and gratuity).  Dinner includes a salad and a “loaded” baked potato. Acacia will also offer half off on selected bottles of wine every Tuesday, starting June 1 from 5 pm-close. Hours: Acacia is open 7 days a week, serving lunch from 11-2 pm, the bar menu only from 3-5 pm and dinner is served from 5-9 pm.

Chad’s Steakhouse & Saloon

New York Strip Steak dinner with a glass of wine OR a slice of Cheesecake for $20 (Tax and gratuity not included). Chad’s is also offering a $6.95 prime rib sandwich for lunch only. Cup Cafe is offering a delicious summer special featuring a Fish Taco Plate for only $10.99 and a house margarita for only $4 with the purchase of the taco plate (tax and gratuity not included).  Offer is available at the bar between 3pm-6pm and all night at The Cup.  Hours: Sunday-Thursday 7am-10pm, Friday & Saturday 7am-12am.

Delectables is featuring weekly summer specials: Wacky Wednesdays and live music on Friday and Saturday nights.  Every Wednesday from 11am-9pm all bottles of wine are ½ price.  On Friday and Saturday nights, customers can enjoy live music by local musicians on the patio.  Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11am – 9pm and Friday and Saturday 11am – 11pm.

Eclectic Pizza

Eclectic Pizza is offering a handful of summer specials including: A big slice of cheese pizza, a small side salad and a refillable drink for only $9.50 (not including tax and gratuity). This special runs from 11:30 to 3 pm everyday.  Customers can also enjoy a 12” thin crust Old Town Pizza, a salad to share and two glasses of organic house wine for only $22 (not including tax and gratuity).  Also, buy any gluten free pizza and receive a complimentary gluten free brownie. Eclectic Pizza is offering a new summer menu featuring new pizzas, salads, pastas and wines.  Hours: 11am-9pm.

Elle Restaurant will be featuring their sixth annual summer wine tour. Beginning  June 1, Elle will offer a two-course meal paired with two wines from a specific region for only $22 a person (not including tax and gratuity). The wine regions will change every three weeks. This special will be available nightly.  Hours: Monday-Saturday 11:30am – 9:00pm and Sunday 4pm – 9pm.

Jax Kitchen

Jax Kitchen will be offering half off of all bottles of wine every Sunday evening.  Also, beginning in July, Jax will feature a chef’s “garden special” from the newly planted Jax garden! Hours: Tuesday-Thursday, 5-9pm; Friday-Sunday 5-10pm.

Jonathan’s will be offering a Sea Bass special with the choice of house salad or soup as well as a Teriyaki Sirloin special with choice of house salad or soup for only $20.10 (not including tax or gratuity).  Both entrees come with house vegetables and your choice of starch.  Also, the return of Patio Pig parties will take place every Thursday in June, and this year they have a Caribbean theme! Price is $25 per person and includes a complimentary beverage with giveaways and raffles.  Hours: Open daily from 5pm-close, Bar Hours: Monday – Saturday 3pm, Sunday 5pm. “Late night hours” Wednesday – Saturday 10pm-12am

The Lodge is featuring their “Neighborhood Nosh”, a prix fixed menu for only $18.95 per person (not including tax or gratuity).  This menu includes: the daily soup or salad selection, the entrée of the day and house made chocolate truffles.  Entrée selections are new every day.  The menu is offered Monday-Thursday from 5pm-9pm. Hours: Breakfast is served everyday from 7 – 11 AM; Lunch is served everyday from 11 AM – 2 PM, and dinner is served from 5 – 9 PM Sunday – Thursday and 5 – 10 PM Friday and Saturday.

Pastiche is featuring a summer menu that combines two of their signature dishes, the Pastiche Baby Greens salad and the Thyme Crusted Sea Bass for only $20.10(not including tax and gratuity).  Hours: Tuesday- Friday 11:30am-Midnight and Saturday-Sunday 4:30pm-Midnight.  Pastiche is closed on Mondays.

All Risky Business locations are offering a delicious summer special.  Choose any two burgers and any two frosty shakes for $20.10 (not including tax and gratuity). Half pound Black Angus Ground Chuck Burgers to choose from:
Bacon Cheddar, Teriyaki, Patty Melt, Mexican, Cali, Black & Blue, Portobello or Whiskey.  Customers may also choose a Garlic Turkey Patty or Garden Burger.   1. I have been to many of these places. The fun begins the weather heats up!
    I go to Chad’s frequently to get my red meat fix. Sean and his staff are extremely nice and the service is excellent,…..not to mention the prime rib and at reasonable prices!
