There was a recent study conducted of 20,000 middle aged woman that showed a glass of red wine a day is not only good for your heart, but also helps reduce your waistline and keep you slimmer.
During this study, they compared middle aged woman who drank red wine every day those who didn’t drink wine everyday. Over time, the ones who drank red wine everyday were healthier and kept off the weight. They also compared dietary factors, and other health factors, and the findings were still true.
The study listed two main reasons why the woman might be healthier who drink wine. 1- woman who drink red wine everyday tend to eat less carbs, thus keeping them healthier. 2- woman who drink more tend to exert more energy afterward, and burn it off faster. Do you think these findings really work??
