Here’s a recipe suitable for Easter dinner or for anytime for brussel sprout lovers. Stop wrinkling your nose, some of us love brussel sprouts. This recipe is courtesy Kathleen & Charlie Schaffer, a husband and wife catering team who live in Santa Monica and have an office in Venice (Calif.) called Schaffers Genuine Foods. The Schaffers have cooked for celebrities Heidi Klum, Kate Beckinsale, Barbara Streisand, Eddie Murphy, David Bowie, Michael Douglas and many others. They just cooked for James Cameron and Angelina Jolie too. Wonder what Ms. Jolie eats?
